Mushroom sandwich / Sandwich cu ciuperci

We just love mushrooms and everytime I think how can I use them in different ways. 
So this morning i thought: why can't I make a mushroom sandwich...and a warm one?!?
So...i took a look in my fridge and I grab:
- 5-6 little champinion mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 slices of tofu
- 4-5 lettuce leaves

- spices (I put chilli flakes, oregano)
- 4 slices of black bread with cereals in it (we also love black bread). 

Optional:
- slices of tomato
- slices of onion
- slices of cucumber

So I chopped the mushrooms, put them in a hot non sticky pan, put some salt over it. Meanwhile i took the peppers, also slice it and put it over the mushrooms in the pan. 
After that, i took my slices of bread and i started to build my sandwich:
- first it was of lettuce leaves, then the mushrooms 

Noi suntem innebuniti dupa ciuperci si de fiecare data ma gandesc cum sa le mai prepar.
Asa ca in aceasta dimineata m-am gandit: de ce nu fac eu un sandwich cald cu ciuperci?!?
M-am uitat in frigider si am luat:
- 5-6 ciuperci champinion
- 1 ardei rosu gras
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 2 felii de tofy
- 4-5 foi e salata verde
- condimente (fulgi de chilli si oregano)
- 4 felii de paine neagra cu cereale

Optional:
- felii de rosii
- felii de ceapa
- felii de castravete

M-ai intai am tocat ciupercile,le-am pus intr-o tigaie incinsa , am presarat deasupra sare. Intre timp am luat ardeiul, de asemenea l-am taiat si l-am adaugat in tigaie peste ciuperci.
Cand ciupercile si ardeii sunt gata, am luat feliile de paine si am inceput sa-mi construiesc sandwich-ul:
- mai intai am pus foile de salata verse, apoi ciupercile


 Then tofu , peppers, some chilli flakes and oregano, and again the lettuce leaves.
Apoi tofu, ardeii , chilli si oregano, si apoi iar frunze de salata.


Put on top the other slice of bread and put it in the toaster for 5 minutes,until the bread it's crunchy.

We ate it with olives and the rest of the peppers.

La sfarsit am pus si a doua felie de paine si am pus la toaster pentru 5 minute, pana cand paine este crocanta.

Noi le-am mancat cu masline si cu restul de ardei.

Energy Juice / Suc de energie

OK folks..it's time for a new juice. This one will clean your sistem and also fill it with energy. This happens because of the acai fruit.
So you need only:
- 2 pears
- 1 apple
- acai fruits.

The result it's spechless...delicious....perfect to start your day with.


Ok....este timpul pentru un suc nou. Aceste o sa va curete sistemul si de asemenea o sa il umple cu energie. Aceasta se intampla din cauza fructelor de acai.
Aveti nevoie doar de:
- 2 pere
- 1 mar
- fructe de acai.

Rezultatul te lasa fara cuvinte...delicios..aromat...perfect pentru ati incepe ziua.

Pepper bruschetta / Bruschete de ardei


I'm so sorry for my long absence. I had so many things and projects to do that i didn't had time to write.
Today recipe is a simply one: pepper bruschetta.
You will need:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of pasley
- 3 spoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- juice from half a lemon
- bread

First bake the peppers and then peel their skin of. Let them cool down. After that slice them into slim strips.
Cut into small pieces the garlic and chop the parsley. Mix them with the oil an lemon juice. Add the sauce over the peppers. Mix them well.
Put them into the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the bread , pour a little bit of oil over them and bake them 5 minutes (till they are crunchy).

After the bread is done, put the peppers over and enjoy your wondeful buschetta.



Imi pare rau pentru lunga mea absenta. Am avut multe lucruri si proiecte de realizat incat nu am avut timp sa scriu.
Reteta de astazi este una simpla: bruschete de ardei
Ai nevoie de:
- 2 ardei grasi rosii
- 2 ardei grasi galbeni
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 1 lingurita de patrunjel
- 3 linguri de ulei de masline
- sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie
- sare si piper
- paine

Mai intai coacem ardeii si apoi ii curatam. Ii lasam sa se raceasca. Apoi ii vom taia in felii subtiri.

Se taie marunt usturoiul si patrunjelul. Se amesteca impreuna cu uleiul si cu sucul de lamaie. Adaugam acest sos peste ardei. Se amesteca bine si se da la frigider pentru 10-15minute.

Intre timp taiem painea, o ungem cu putin ulei si o dam la cuptor pentru 5 minute (pana cand este crocanta).

Cand painea este facuta punem ardeii peste si ne bucuram de o brucheta minunata!!

Morning Fresh/ Fresh de dimineata

What a beautiful Friday morning is here....perfect for a pomegranate fresh with some lemon flavor.
You just need:
- 3 lemons
- 2 apples
-1 pomegranate
- 1 teaspoon of honey / maple syrup
- ice

Mix them in a blender until the ice it's smooth.


Ce zi minunata de vineri este astazi...perfecta pentru un fresh de rodie cu aroma de lamaie.
Ai nevoie doar de:
- 3 lamai
-2 mere
- 1 rodie
- 1 lingurita miere/ sirop de artar
- gheata

Se amesteca toate intr-un blender pana cand gheata este fina.

Food Steamer /Aparat de gatit cu aburi




This is not quite a recipe...I just want to praise this wonderfull machine!!
I read so many good things about cooking in a steamer.. so  w
e bought it for about a month and since then i can't stop useing it every day.

Till now I "cooked" in it: potatoes, beans, peas, spinach, rice, asparagus...name it :-). The taste is better, they keep the color and minerals and vitamins...it's so wonderfull.

Acesta nu este un post cu o reteta...voiam doar sa preamaresc aces minunat aparat!!!
Am citit atat de multe lucruri bune despre gatitul la aburi....incat l-am cumparat acum aproape o luna. De atunci il folosim in fiecare zi.

Pana acum am "gatit" in el: cartofi, fasole, mazare, spanac, orez, sparanghel...orice :-). Gustul este mai bun, isi pastreaza culoarea, vitaminele si mineralele...este atat de minunat!!!

Donuts / Gogosi

I know that they are fried in oil....but once a year we can taste one or two..right?
The recipe is simple:
- 200gr of flour
- 200ml warm water
- 1 tea spoon of yeast
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 tea spoon of honey

First mix the yeast with the honey and a little bit of warm water. Let it rise for 5 minutes.
Then mix all the ingredients until you get an omogen dough.

Let it rise at least half an hour.

Fry them in boiling oil, like this will absorb not so much oil. I used a teaspoon to take the dough from the bowl and put it in the pot with boiling oil.

They was so delicious that you can't see the difference between these and the normal ones.




Stiu ca sunt prajite in ulei...dar o data pe an putem gusta una sau doua...asa-i?
Reteta este simpla:
- 200gr faina
- 200ml apa calduta
- 1 lingurita drojdie
- 1 lingurita zahar vanilat
- 1 lingurita miere

Mai intai amestecam drojdia cu mierea si cu putina apa calduta. Se lasa la dospit 5 minute. Apoi amestecati toate ingredientele pana cand obtineti o coca omogena.

Se lasa la dospit cel putin o jumatate de ora.

Se prajesc in ulei incins, astfel vor absorbi mai putin ulei. Eu am folosit o lingurita pentru a "forma" gogosile.

Au fost delicioase astfel incat nici nu iti dai seama ca nu este reteta "normala"

Cake with berries / Prajitura cu fructe de padure

Ok..it's weekend...so it's time to the weekend cake recipe :).
It's easy , fast and delicious!!
You only need:
- 300gr of flour
- 150gr sugar (if you have use the brown one)
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 200ml soya milk (i use with vanilla flavour)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 50gr crushed nuts
- berries (as many as you want)

Optional:
- powder sugar

 Ok .. este sfarsit de saptamana... asa ca este timpul pentru o prajitura :-).
Este usor de facut, rapida si deliciosa!
Ai nevoie doar de:
- 300gr de faina
- 150gr de Zahar (dacă aveti utilizati-l pe cel brun)
- 100ml Ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita de praf de copt
- 200ml lapte de soia (eu folosesc cu aroma de vanilie)
- 1/2 lingurita esenta de vanilie
- 50gr Nuci zdrobite
- Fructe de padure (cât de multe doriÈ›i)

Optional:

- Zahar pudra

First mix the flour with baking soda into a large bowl. Stir in the bowl the sugar and the nuts.
In a separat bowl mix the liquid components: milk, oil and vanilla essence. Then add it into the flour bowl.

Then add the compozition into a termorezistent tray. On top put the berries

 In primul rand se amesteca faina cu praful de copt intr-un castron mare. Apoi de adauga zaharul si nucile. Intr-un castron separat se amesteca componentele lichide: laptele, uleiul si esenta de vanilie. Apoi acesrea se adauga in castronul cu faina.

 Apoi compozitia se adauga intr-o tava termorezistenta. Fructele de padure se presara deasupra.


Bake it at 200ºC  for 20-30 minutes or until risen and cooked through. 

Coaceti la 200 º C pentru 20-30 de minute sau pana cand a crescut si trece testul scobitorii.

Cake with cream / Prajitura cu crema

Yes...it's true...with cream and vegan :-)...and verrrry delicious!!
You need:
Cream:
- 300ml soy milk with vanilla flavour
- 1 spoon of flour
- 1 spoon of corn stach
- 100gr sugar
- 100gr coco butter
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla

Cake:
- 200gr floor
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 250 ml soy milk (simple or also with vanila flavour)
- 250gr sugar
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of vanilla

Da..este adevarat...cu crema si vegana :-)....si foarte delicioasa!!!
Ai nevoie de:
Crema
- 300ml lapte de soya cu aroma de vanilie
- 1 lingura de faina
- 1 lingura amidon de porumb
- 100gr zahar
- 100gr unt de cocos
- 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie

Blat:
- 200gr faina
- 60ml ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita de praf de copt
- 2 linguri de cacao
- 250ml lapte de soia (simplu sau cu aroma de vanilie)
- 250gr zahar
- 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
- 1 lingura de esenta de vanilie


First we start with the cream cause we have to let it to cool down. So..In a pot put the milk and the sugar, and stir it well. Then add the flour and the corn stach and stir until it thickens. When it's thick enough add the vanilla, stir it 2minutes and then let it cool down. When it's cool add the coco butter and stir it with a mixer.

Now for our cake dough first you have to mix the milk, sugar and the lemon juice.  Separatly mix the floor, the cocoa and the baking powder.

Then the mix of floor and rest add over the milk composition. Stir very well until the composition it's like a cream.

Put this dough into a baking form and add into the oven at 180degree for 15minutes, or pass the toothpick test.


Wait until it's cool and cut it in 2 or 3 parts. Put the cream between the layers and let it in the fridge for couple of hours (until the cream it's hard enough- not like we did ).

Enjoy your vegan cake as we did!!


Incepem cu crema pentru ca trebuie sa o lasam sa se raceasca.Asadar..in o oala punem laptele si zaharul si amestecam bine. Apoi adaugam faina si amidonul si amestecati pana cand se ingroasa. Cand este destul de ingrosat adaugam si vanila, amestecati 2 minute si puneti-o la racit. Cand s-a racit adaugati untul de cocos si amestecati cu un mixer.

Acum pentru blatul nostru mai intai trebuie sa amestecati laptele cu zaharul si cu sucul de lamaie. Separat amestecati faina, cacao si praful de copt.

Apoi turnati faina peste compozitia de lapte. Amestecati foarte bine pana cand compozitia arata ca o smanatana.

Puneti aluatul intr-o forma de copt si bagati la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru 15minute sau cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.


Asteptati pana cand s-a racit si apoi se taie in 2-3 parti. Puneti crema intre straturi si se lasa la frigider cateva ore (pana cand crema este destul de tare- noi nu am avut atata rabdare ;-) )

Bucurati-va de prajitura voastra vegana asa cum ne-am bucurat noi!!!

Roasted Asparagus with garlic / Sparanghel cu usturoi

Ok..this is the first time when I saw asparagus in a supermarket..so I bought it.
When i got home..i thought to cook it simple just to see the real taste of it....and it was EXTRAORDINARY!!
I will buy more...that's for sure!!
SO...let me tell you how I cook it:
- a bunch of asparagus
- 5 cloves of garlic
- some rosemary
- 1 tea spoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper

Because i don't have a high pot I cut the asparagus in 3-4 parts, don't forget to wash it first in a super cold water.

Ok..astazi pentru prima data am vazut sparanghel intr-un supermarket..asa ca am cumparat. Cand am ajuns acasa..m-am gandit sa il gatesc simplu..pentru ca voiam sa simt gustul lui....si a fost EXTRAORDINAR!!
O sa cumpar mai des...asta este sigur!!
Asa ca...sa va zic cum l-am pregatit:
- sparanghel
- 5 catei de usturoi
- cateva frunze de rozmarin
- 1 lingurita de ulei de masline
- sare si piper

Pentru ca nu am o oala inalta am taiat sparanghelul in 3-4 parti, nu uitati sa il spalati in apa rece.


First take a pot and put water and salt in it and put it to boil. When it reached the boiling point put the asparagus and let it boil for 3-5minutes. When you take it off from the pot put it in a bowl with cold water (just to keep the green color).
Then take a pan put the oil,garlic and rosemary..let them roast for 1 minute then add the boiled asparagus. I cook them 5-7 minutes.


ÃŽn primul rand se ia un vas si se pune apa si sare în el si se  pune la fiert. Cand a ajuns la punctul de fierbere se pune sparanghelul si se lasa sa fiarba  3-5 minute. Cand se scoate din oala se pune într-un vas cu apa rece (doar pentru a pastra culoarea verde).

Apoi se ia o tigaie , se pune ulei, usturoi si rozmarin .. se calesc timp de 1 minut, apoi se adauga sparanghelul fiert. Eu le-am gatit 5-7 minute.


They were crunchy on the outside..and smooth on the inside....It was delicious!!!




Sparanghelul a iesit crocant la exterior si moale in interior....A fost delicios!!!

Stewed Okra / Mancare de bame

For a long time i want to cook okras. This was my first time when i cooked them, and it was very good :)
All you need is:
- okras ( i didn't found fresh so i bought some frozen ones)
- half an onion
- 3-4 tomatoes
-salt, pepper

First saute the onion, then add the okras + tomatoes. Let it boil a little bit, then add the salt and pepper.Put the lid and simmer, until the vegetables have softened.

We ate it with pickels :-)


De mult timp vreau sa gatesc bame. Acum am gatit pentru prima data,si a iesit foarte bun :-)
Ai nevoie de:
- bame (nu am gasit proaspete asa ca am cumparat congelate)
- jumatate de ceapa
- 3-4 rosii
- sare piper

Mai intai caleste ceapa apoi adauga bamele si rosile. Trebuie lasate la fiert cateva minute apoi adauga sarea si piperul. Pune capacul si amesteca, pana cand bamele s-au inmuiat.


Later edit:
If you buy fresh ones, wash the okras and remove the stem from the ends then boil them in hot water with a little bit of vinegar until they change the color.

Daca cumparati bame proaspete, spalati-le si inlaturati tulpina, apoi se fierbeti-le in apa fiarta cu un pic de otet pana cand ii schimba culoarea.

Vegan skewers / Frigarui vegane

A few days ago was Israel Independence day...so we enjoy it by making a BBQ.
On our skewers we put:
- red peppers
- onion
- zucchini
- eggplant
- mushrooms
- olive oil
- basil, oregao, salt, thyme

Optional:
- carrots
- melon
- cherry tomatoes


Acum cateva zile a fost Ziua Nationala a Israelului...asa a ne-am bucurat facand un gratar.
Frigaruile noastre contineau:
- ardei rosu
- ceapa
- dovlecei
- vinete
- ciuperci
- ulei de masline
- busuioc, oregano, sare si cimbru

Optional:
- morcovi
- pepene galben
- rosii cherry

Chop them carefully and then put them into a bowl with the oil and spices. Then let them into the fridge for 1/1 and a half hour. I made a skewer only with onion...we love baked onion :-)

Le-am taiat cu grija si apoi le-am pus intr-un bol impreuna cu uleiul si condimntele. Le-am lasat la frigider pentru o ora/ o ora si jumatate. Am facut o frigaruie numi cu ceapa...iubim ceapa gatita :-)


Meanwhile you can prepare your BBQ.After that you know what you have to do :-P

We ate them with pickles and some hummus.


Intre timp puteti pregati gratarul. Apoi stiti ce aveti de facut :-P.
Noi le-am mancat cu muraturi si humus.

Salsa sauce / Sos Salsa

Who doesn't like salsa sauce?? It works with everything...from snacks to green bean stew :-)
We need only:
- tomatoes ( try to buy some juicy ones)
- chilli peppers
- a water onion (or normal will work as well)
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- a teaspoon of sugar
- a teaspoon of salt
- a half of teaspoon of ground cumin

Optional:
- a red pepper
- some leafs of cilantro or parsley

Cui nu ii place sosul de salsa?? Merge mancat cu orice: de la snacks pana la macare de fasole verde :-)
Avem nevoie de:
- rosii (incercati sa le cumparati cat mai zemoase)
- ardei iuti
- o ceapa rosie ( sau una normala merge la fel de bine)
- 3-4 catei de usturoi
- o lingurita de zahar
- o lingurita de sare
- jumatate de lingurita de cumin

Optional:
- un ardei rosu
- cate frunze de coriandru sau patrunjel

First..put water to boil..when it boils..turn off the stove an put into the pot the tomatoes. Leave them 10 minutes there. After the 10 minutes you can peel then easily.
Second you chop a litlle bit the rest of the vegetables and put them into a blender.

Prima parte..puneti la fiert apa..cand fierbe stingeti aragazul si puneti rosii inauntru. Lasati-le 10 minute in oala. Dupa cele 10 minute puteti sa le decojiti foarte usor.
A doua parte...este sa taieti restul legumelor si sa le puneti in blender.


You can easily see the layers in the previous photo. You can make the compozition as smooth as you want. We like it as smooth as possible, others like to feel the pieces of vegetables.

Se pot vedea usor straturile de legume in poza precedenta. Puteti face compozitia cat vreti de fina. Noua ne place pe cat se poate de fina, altora le place sa simta bucatile de legume.

And...voila :-) ( i forgot to put the parsley in the beginning..I added after the picture was made)

Si...voila..:-) ( am uitat sa adaug patrunjelul la inceput, asa ca l-am adaugat dupa ce am facut poza)

Carrots Snack / Snack din morcovi

Fast and easy...perfect for a movie or a football match :-)
What you need:
- carrots
- olive oil
- salt and pepper

Optional:
- potatoes
- basilic or other spicies

Cut the carrots lengthwise and then soak in aromatic olive oil ( oil + salt + pepper). Overheat the oven at 200 degrees and put the tray with the carrots in it. I let them until they were brownish.


Repede si simplu...perfect pt un film sau un meci de fotbal :-)
Ce avem nevoie:
- morcovi
- ulei de masline
- sare si piper

Optional:
- cartofi
- busuioc sau alte condimente

Se taie morcovul pe lungime si se inmoaie in uleiul aromat ( ulei + sare + piper). Se incinge cuptorul la 200 de grade si apoi se introduce tava cu morcovii. Eu i-am lasat pana cand s-au rumenit.

Sweet potato Burger/ Burger din cartof dulce

As spring is around the corner..I thought that I should try to cook some vegan burgers :)
So in the following days i will think how to make various burgers :)
My first try it was with sweet potatoes.
My burger it's made from:

- 2 sweet potatoes
- 100-150gr chickpea ( or soybean powder)
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- half an onion ( or 2 fresh/green onion)
- 2-3 cloves or garlic
- spices: a teaspoon of ground turmeric, a little bit of basilic and oregano, salt, pepper, sweet paprika
- a spoon of rice
- a teaspoon of mustard

Optional
- a chilli pepper or chilli flakes
- a teaspoon of soy sauce
- water

Precum primavara este aproape..m-am gandit ca as putea incerca sa gatesc niste burgeri vegani :)
Asadar in zilele urmatoare o sa ma gandesc sa fac diferiti burgeri :)
Prima mea incercare a fost cu cartofi dulci.
Burgerul meu a fost facut din:
- 2 cartofi dulci
- 100-150gr de naut ( sau pudra de soia)
- 2 morcovi
- 1 ardei rosu
- jumatate de ceapa (sau 2-3 fire de ceapa verzi)
- 2-3 catei de usturoi
- condimente: a lingurita de turmeric, un pic de busuioc si oregano, sare, piper si boia dulce
- o lingura de orez
- o lingurita de mustar

Optional:
- un ardei iute sau fulgi de chilli
- o lingurita de sos de soia
- apa


First you have to put to boil the chickpea and the potatoes. Meanwhile chopp into very small pieces the carrots, pepper, onion and garlic.

Then fry a little bit the onion and the garlic (i put a little bit of olive oil into the pan, for2-3 minutes) and then add the carrots, peppers and the rice into the pan. Let them boil for 5 minutes , then add the spices and stir very well. Turn off the heat and put a lid over the pan and let it cool for 5-10 minutes.

Primul pas este sa punem la fiert boabele de naut si cartofii. Intre timp taiati marunt morcovii, ardeiul, ceapa si usutoriul.

Apoi caliti un pic usutoriul si ceapa ( eu am pus un pic de ulei de masline, pentru 2-3 minute) si apoi adaugati cubuletele de morcovi,ardei si orezul in tigaie. Lasati-le la fiert pentru 5 minute, apoi adaugati condimentele si amestecati foarte bine. Inchideti aragazul, acoperiti tigaia si lasati sa se raceasca 5-10  minute.



As our chickpea and sweet potatoes are boiled, put them into a blender and make it a smooooth pasta.

Take a bowl and mix our chickpea-sweet potato mix with the carrots-pepper mix very well. Then add the mustard and the soy sauce. If is too thick add a little bit of water.

Cand nautul si cartofii au fiert, ii punem intr-un blender pana cand obtinem o compozitie omogena.
Intr-un castron amestecati compozitia de naut-cartofi cu compozitia din tigaie foarte bine. apoi adaugati mustarul si sosul de soia. Daca este prea groasa sau tare mai adaugati putina apa.


Preheat the oven at 180degree. Then form the burgers and place them into the tray. Let them in the oven until they are brownish.

Incalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade. Se formeaza burgerii si se aseaza intr-o tava. Se lasa in cuptor pana cand prind o culoare maronie - crocanta.

We ate them with salad and homemade ketchup.

They were indeed delicious...tomorrow i will try to make with spinach :)


Noi i-am mancat cu salata si ketchup de casa.

Au iesit intredevar delicios..maine o sa incerc sa fac cu spanac :)

Garlic Bread / Paine cu usturoi

Yesterday I made a flavor bread. It had garlic, oregano, basilic and rosemary!!
It's not hard to make it!!
You need:
- 500gr flour
- 25gr fresh yeast
- a spoon of salt
- vegerable butter ~50-100gr
- spicies (i put oregano, basilic, rosemary and a little bit of chilli)
- 4 cloves of garlic
- a spoon of honey or 2 spoons of sugar
- a little bit of olive oil
- warm water ~300ml

Ieri am facut o painica aromata. Avea usturoi, oregano, busuioc si rozmarin!!!
Nu este greu de facut!
Ai nevoie de:
- 500 gr faina
- 25gr drojdie proaspata
- a lingurita de sare
- unt vegetal: ~50-100gr
- condimente ( eu am pus oregano, busuioc, rozmarin si un pic de chilli)
- 4 catei de usturoi
- o lingurita de miere sau 2 lingurite de zahar
- un pic de ulei de masline
- apa calda ~300ml


First put in a small bowl the yeast (cutted in small cubes), the spoon of honey/sugar and 50ml of warm water. Mix it together very well and leave it for 10 minutes. After it should be like in the photo below:

Prima data pune drojdie intr-un castron (taiata in cubulete mici), lingurita de miere/zahar si 50ml de apa calda. Amesteca-le impreuna foarte bine si lasa-l la dospit pentru 10 minute. Dupa aceea trebuie sa arate ca in poza de mai jos:


After the yeast has done its magic, put the flour into a big bowl, with the salt and the yeast. Mix it and then pour little by little the warm water. From time to time add a little bit of olive oil instead of flour.  The dough it has to be smooth and soft.
Take another bowl..and spread a little bit of oil on his walls and put the dough. Cover the bowl with a thin towel for an hour to rise.

Dupa ce drojdia si-a facut magia, punem faina intr-un castron mai mare, cu sarea si cu drojdia. Amestecam si turnam putin cate putin apa calduta. Din cand in cand inlocuiti faina cu uleiul de masline si framanatati in continuare. Aluatul trebuie sa fie moale si neted. Eu am framantat cam 10 minute.
Apoi luam un alt castron si il ungem cu ulei de masline. Punem aluatul in el, il acoperim cu un prosop subtire si il lasam la crescut o ora.



Meanwhile take the butter and mix it with the crashed garlic and spicies!
Intre timp luam untul si il amestecam cu usturoiul zdrobit si condimentele!


After the dough has rised, spread a little bit of flour on the table and extand it at the size you wanted. I cook it in pizza tray..so mine it's round.

Dupa ce aluatul a crescut, presaram putina faina pe masa si il intindem pana cand ajungem la marimea dorita. Eu am copt intr-o forma de pizza, asadar va fi rotunda.



When you have the size you want, put it in a cooking tray (that already has baking paper) and put the flavor butter on it.

 Cand este de marimea dorita, o punem in tava (care are deja hartie de copt) si o ungem cu untul pregatit.



Put it in the oven at 170-180 degress , for about 20-30minutes, until it pass the toothpick test.
And ..... this is it!!

Se pune la cuptor la 170-180 de grade pentru 20-30 de minute, sau pana cand trece testul scobitorii.

Roasted pepper soup / Supa de ardei copti

Today I wanted to eat a soup, but something new..so I looked in the fridge and I saw that I have:
- 3 red peppers
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion ( but i needed only a half)
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1 parsnips
- a quarter of celery
- 1 potato
- some lovage leaves
- 3 bay leaves
- some thin pasta

Astazi am vrut sa mananc o supa, dar ceva nou...asa ca m-am uitat in frigider si am vazut ca am:
- 3 ardei rosii
- 1 dovlecel
- 2 morcovi
- 1 ceapa (dar am nevoie doar de jumatate)
- 2 catei de usturoi
- 1 pastarnac
- un sfert de telina
- 1 cartof
- cateva frunze de leustean
- 3 frunze de dafin
- fidea

I put to boil the potato, the celery, the parsnips and the carrots. The zucchini I slice it and put in the oven with the peppers. When the peppers are ready, i let them cooled a little bit and then I take off the peel.

Am pus la fiert cartoful, telina, pastarnacul si morcovii. Dovlecelul l-am taiat si l-am bagat la cuptor impreuna cu ardeii. Cand ardeii sunt gata, i-am lasat sa se raceasca un pic si i-am curatat.





The boiled vegetables i chopped them and put them into a pot. Also chop the onion and garlic and fry them a little bit then add the peppers and zucchini, with a little bit of salt, pepper and 3 bay leaves .
Let them cook for 5-10 minutes together then let it cool for another 5 minutes.

Legumele fierte l-am taiat marunt si le-am pus intr-o oala. De asemenea am tocat si ceapa si usturoiul si le-am calit putin. Apoi am adaugat ardeii taiati si dovlecelul, cu un pic de sare, piper si cele 3 foi de dafin. Lasati sa fiarba 5-10 minute impreuna si apoi lasati-le la racit pentru alte 5 minute.


Put the mix of above (without the bay leaves), pour the water, the lovage leaves and some thin pasta and let it boil for 10 minutes or so.

Pune-ti amestecul de deasupra (fara foile de dafin), turnati apa, frunzele de leustean si putina fidea si lasati sa fiarba pentru 10 minute.

We ate it with a slice of warm slice of bread!!!
Noi am mancat supa cu o felie de paine calda.
