On our skewers we put:
- red peppers
- onion
- zucchini
- eggplant
- mushrooms
- olive oil
- basil, oregao, salt, thyme
Optional:
- carrots
- melon
- cherry tomatoes
Acum cateva zile a fost Ziua Nationala a Israelului...asa a ne-am bucurat facand un gratar.
Frigaruile noastre contineau:
- ardei rosu
- ceapa
- dovlecei
- vinete
- ciuperci
- ulei de masline
- busuioc, oregano, sare si cimbru
Optional:
- morcovi
- pepene galben
- rosii cherry
Chop them carefully and then put them into a bowl with the oil and spices. Then let them into the fridge for 1/1 and a half hour. I made a skewer only with onion...we love baked onion :-)
Le-am taiat cu grija si apoi le-am pus intr-un bol impreuna cu uleiul si condimntele. Le-am lasat la frigider pentru o ora/ o ora si jumatate. Am facut o frigaruie numi cu ceapa...iubim ceapa gatita :-)
Meanwhile you can prepare your BBQ.After that you know what you have to do :-P
We ate them with pickles and some hummus.
Intre timp puteti pregati gratarul. Apoi stiti ce aveti de facut :-P.
Noi le-am mancat cu muraturi si humus.
