You need:
Cream:
- 300ml soy milk with vanilla flavour
- 1 spoon of flour
- 1 spoon of corn stach
- 100gr sugar
- 100gr coco butter
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla
Cake:
- 200gr floor
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 250 ml soy milk (simple or also with vanila flavour)
- 250gr sugar- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of vanilla
Ai nevoie de:
Crema
- 300ml lapte de soya cu aroma de vanilie
- 1 lingura de faina
- 1 lingura amidon de porumb
- 100gr zahar
- 100gr unt de cocos
- 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie
Blat:
- 200gr faina
- 60ml ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita de praf de copt
- 2 linguri de cacao
- 250ml lapte de soia (simplu sau cu aroma de vanilie)
- 250gr zahar- 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
- 1 lingura de esenta de vanilie
First we start with the cream cause we have to let it to cool down. So..In a pot put the milk and the sugar, and stir it well. Then add the flour and the corn stach and stir until it thickens. When it's thick enough add the vanilla, stir it 2minutes and then let it cool down. When it's cool add the coco butter and stir it with a mixer.
Now for our cake dough first you have to mix the milk, sugar and the lemon juice. Separatly mix the floor, the cocoa and the baking powder.
Then the mix of floor and rest add over the milk composition. Stir very well until the composition it's like a cream.
Put this dough into a baking form and add into the oven at 180degree for 15minutes, or pass the toothpick test.
Wait until it's cool and cut it in 2 or 3 parts. Put the cream between the layers and let it in the fridge for couple of hours (until the cream it's hard enough- not like we did ).

Acum pentru blatul nostru mai intai trebuie sa amestecati laptele cu zaharul si cu sucul de lamaie. Separat amestecati faina, cacao si praful de copt.
Apoi turnati faina peste compozitia de lapte. Amestecati foarte bine pana cand compozitia arata ca o smanatana.
Puneti aluatul intr-o forma de copt si bagati la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru 15minute sau cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.
Asteptati pana cand s-a racit si apoi se taie in 2-3 parti. Puneti crema intre straturi si se lasa la frigider cateva ore (pana cand crema este destul de tare- noi nu am avut atata rabdare ;-) )
Bucurati-va de prajitura voastra vegana asa cum ne-am bucurat noi!!!
