As soon I got home I put some water to boil, grab a bowl and put 2 tablepoons of oatmeal, one tablespoon of flax seeds and one spoon of chia seeds. Mix them a little bit. Then I poured the boiled water over them and covered the bowl ( I use a bigger plat of that) for 15 minutes.
You can eat them simple or for more flavour you can add a spoon of honey or an apple. I've added an apple :)

De indata ce am ajuns acasa am pus putina apa la fiert, am luat un castron si am pus 2 linguri de fulgi de ovaz, o lingura de seminte de in si o lingurita de seminte Chia. Le-am amestecat putin. Apoi am turnat apa fierbinte peste ele si am acoperit castronul ( eu folosesc o farfurie mai mare) pentru 15 minute.
Puteti sa le mancati simple sau pentru mai multa aroma puteti adauga o lingura de miere sau un mar. Eu am adaugat un mar :).
