Mushroom sandwich / Sandwich cu ciuperci

We just love mushrooms and everytime I think how can I use them in different ways. 
So this morning i thought: why can't I make a mushroom sandwich...and a warm one?!?
So...i took a look in my fridge and I grab:
- 5-6 little champinion mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 slices of tofu
- 4-5 lettuce leaves

- spices (I put chilli flakes, oregano)
- 4 slices of black bread with cereals in it (we also love black bread). 

Optional:
- slices of tomato
- slices of onion
- slices of cucumber

So I chopped the mushrooms, put them in a hot non sticky pan, put some salt over it. Meanwhile i took the peppers, also slice it and put it over the mushrooms in the pan. 
After that, i took my slices of bread and i started to build my sandwich:
- first it was of lettuce leaves, then the mushrooms 

Noi suntem innebuniti dupa ciuperci si de fiecare data ma gandesc cum sa le mai prepar.
Asa ca in aceasta dimineata m-am gandit: de ce nu fac eu un sandwich cald cu ciuperci?!?
M-am uitat in frigider si am luat:
- 5-6 ciuperci champinion
- 1 ardei rosu gras
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 2 felii de tofy
- 4-5 foi e salata verde
- condimente (fulgi de chilli si oregano)
- 4 felii de paine neagra cu cereale

Optional:
- felii de rosii
- felii de ceapa
- felii de castravete

M-ai intai am tocat ciupercile,le-am pus intr-o tigaie incinsa , am presarat deasupra sare. Intre timp am luat ardeiul, de asemenea l-am taiat si l-am adaugat in tigaie peste ciuperci.
Cand ciupercile si ardeii sunt gata, am luat feliile de paine si am inceput sa-mi construiesc sandwich-ul:
- mai intai am pus foile de salata verse, apoi ciupercile


 Then tofu , peppers, some chilli flakes and oregano, and again the lettuce leaves.
Apoi tofu, ardeii , chilli si oregano, si apoi iar frunze de salata.


Put on top the other slice of bread and put it in the toaster for 5 minutes,until the bread it's crunchy.

We ate it with olives and the rest of the peppers.

La sfarsit am pus si a doua felie de paine si am pus la toaster pentru 5 minute, pana cand paine este crocanta.

Noi le-am mancat cu masline si cu restul de ardei.

Energy Juice / Suc de energie

OK folks..it's time for a new juice. This one will clean your sistem and also fill it with energy. This happens because of the acai fruit.
So you need only:
- 2 pears
- 1 apple
- acai fruits.

The result it's spechless...delicious....perfect to start your day with.


Ok....este timpul pentru un suc nou. Aceste o sa va curete sistemul si de asemenea o sa il umple cu energie. Aceasta se intampla din cauza fructelor de acai.
Aveti nevoie doar de:
- 2 pere
- 1 mar
- fructe de acai.

Rezultatul te lasa fara cuvinte...delicios..aromat...perfect pentru ati incepe ziua.

Pepper bruschetta / Bruschete de ardei


I'm so sorry for my long absence. I had so many things and projects to do that i didn't had time to write.
Today recipe is a simply one: pepper bruschetta.
You will need:
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of pasley
- 3 spoons of olive oil
- salt and pepper
- juice from half a lemon
- bread

First bake the peppers and then peel their skin of. Let them cool down. After that slice them into slim strips.
Cut into small pieces the garlic and chop the parsley. Mix them with the oil an lemon juice. Add the sauce over the peppers. Mix them well.
Put them into the fridge for about 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile cut the bread , pour a little bit of oil over them and bake them 5 minutes (till they are crunchy).

After the bread is done, put the peppers over and enjoy your wondeful buschetta.



Imi pare rau pentru lunga mea absenta. Am avut multe lucruri si proiecte de realizat incat nu am avut timp sa scriu.
Reteta de astazi este una simpla: bruschete de ardei
Ai nevoie de:
- 2 ardei grasi rosii
- 2 ardei grasi galbeni
- 3 catei de usturoi
- 1 lingurita de patrunjel
- 3 linguri de ulei de masline
- sucul de la o jumatate de lamaie
- sare si piper
- paine

Mai intai coacem ardeii si apoi ii curatam. Ii lasam sa se raceasca. Apoi ii vom taia in felii subtiri.

Se taie marunt usturoiul si patrunjelul. Se amesteca impreuna cu uleiul si cu sucul de lamaie. Adaugam acest sos peste ardei. Se amesteca bine si se da la frigider pentru 10-15minute.

Intre timp taiem painea, o ungem cu putin ulei si o dam la cuptor pentru 5 minute (pana cand este crocanta).

Cand painea este facuta punem ardeii peste si ne bucuram de o brucheta minunata!!
