Donuts / Gogosi

I know that they are fried in oil....but once a year we can taste one or two..right?
The recipe is simple:
- 200gr of flour
- 200ml warm water
- 1 tea spoon of yeast
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla sugar
- 1 tea spoon of honey

First mix the yeast with the honey and a little bit of warm water. Let it rise for 5 minutes.
Then mix all the ingredients until you get an omogen dough.

Let it rise at least half an hour.

Fry them in boiling oil, like this will absorb not so much oil. I used a teaspoon to take the dough from the bowl and put it in the pot with boiling oil.

They was so delicious that you can't see the difference between these and the normal ones.




Stiu ca sunt prajite in ulei...dar o data pe an putem gusta una sau doua...asa-i?
Reteta este simpla:
- 200gr faina
- 200ml apa calduta
- 1 lingurita drojdie
- 1 lingurita zahar vanilat
- 1 lingurita miere

Mai intai amestecam drojdia cu mierea si cu putina apa calduta. Se lasa la dospit 5 minute. Apoi amestecati toate ingredientele pana cand obtineti o coca omogena.

Se lasa la dospit cel putin o jumatate de ora.

Se prajesc in ulei incins, astfel vor absorbi mai putin ulei. Eu am folosit o lingurita pentru a "forma" gogosile.

Au fost delicioase astfel incat nici nu iti dai seama ca nu este reteta "normala"
