Cake with berries / Prajitura cu fructe de padure

Ok..it's weekend...so it's time to the weekend cake recipe :).
It's easy , fast and delicious!!
You only need:
- 300gr of flour
- 150gr sugar (if you have use the brown one)
- 100ml olive oil
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 200ml soya milk (i use with vanilla flavour)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 50gr crushed nuts
- berries (as many as you want)

Optional:
- powder sugar

 Ok .. este sfarsit de saptamana... asa ca este timpul pentru o prajitura :-).
Este usor de facut, rapida si deliciosa!
Ai nevoie doar de:
- 300gr de faina
- 150gr de Zahar (dacă aveti utilizati-l pe cel brun)
- 100ml Ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita de praf de copt
- 200ml lapte de soia (eu folosesc cu aroma de vanilie)
- 1/2 lingurita esenta de vanilie
- 50gr Nuci zdrobite
- Fructe de padure (cât de multe doriți)

Optional:

- Zahar pudra

First mix the flour with baking soda into a large bowl. Stir in the bowl the sugar and the nuts.
In a separat bowl mix the liquid components: milk, oil and vanilla essence. Then add it into the flour bowl.

Then add the compozition into a termorezistent tray. On top put the berries

 In primul rand se amesteca faina cu praful de copt intr-un castron mare. Apoi de adauga zaharul si nucile. Intr-un castron separat se amesteca componentele lichide: laptele, uleiul si esenta de vanilie. Apoi acesrea se adauga in castronul cu faina.

 Apoi compozitia se adauga intr-o tava termorezistenta. Fructele de padure se presara deasupra.


Bake it at 200ºC  for 20-30 minutes or until risen and cooked through. 

Coaceti la 200 º C pentru 20-30 de minute sau pana cand a crescut si trece testul scobitorii.

Cake with cream / Prajitura cu crema

Yes...it's true...with cream and vegan :-)...and verrrry delicious!!
You need:
Cream:
- 300ml soy milk with vanilla flavour
- 1 spoon of flour
- 1 spoon of corn stach
- 100gr sugar
- 100gr coco butter
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla

Cake:
- 200gr floor
- 60ml olive oil
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
- 2 spoons of cocoa
- 250 ml soy milk (simple or also with vanila flavour)
- 250gr sugar
- 1 spoon of lemon juice
- 1 spoon of vanilla

Da..este adevarat...cu crema si vegana :-)....si foarte delicioasa!!!
Ai nevoie de:
Crema
- 300ml lapte de soya cu aroma de vanilie
- 1 lingura de faina
- 1 lingura amidon de porumb
- 100gr zahar
- 100gr unt de cocos
- 1 lingurita de esenta de vanilie

Blat:
- 200gr faina
- 60ml ulei de masline
- 1 lingurita de praf de copt
- 2 linguri de cacao
- 250ml lapte de soia (simplu sau cu aroma de vanilie)
- 250gr zahar
- 1 lingura de suc de lamaie
- 1 lingura de esenta de vanilie


First we start with the cream cause we have to let it to cool down. So..In a pot put the milk and the sugar, and stir it well. Then add the flour and the corn stach and stir until it thickens. When it's thick enough add the vanilla, stir it 2minutes and then let it cool down. When it's cool add the coco butter and stir it with a mixer.

Now for our cake dough first you have to mix the milk, sugar and the lemon juice.  Separatly mix the floor, the cocoa and the baking powder.

Then the mix of floor and rest add over the milk composition. Stir very well until the composition it's like a cream.

Put this dough into a baking form and add into the oven at 180degree for 15minutes, or pass the toothpick test.


Wait until it's cool and cut it in 2 or 3 parts. Put the cream between the layers and let it in the fridge for couple of hours (until the cream it's hard enough- not like we did ).

Incepem cu crema pentru ca trebuie sa o lasam sa se raceasca.Asadar..in o oala punem laptele si zaharul si amestecam bine. Apoi adaugam faina si amidonul si amestecati pana cand se ingroasa. Cand este destul de ingrosat adaugam si vanila, amestecati 2 minute si puneti-o la racit. Cand s-a racit adaugati untul de cocos si amestecati cu un mixer.

Acum pentru blatul nostru mai intai trebuie sa amestecati laptele cu zaharul si cu sucul de lamaie. Separat amestecati faina, cacao si praful de copt.

Apoi turnati faina peste compozitia de lapte. Amestecati foarte bine pana cand compozitia arata ca o smanatana.

Puneti aluatul intr-o forma de copt si bagati la cuptor la 180 de grade pentru 15minute sau cand trece testul cu scobitoarea.


Asteptati pana cand s-a racit si apoi se taie in 2-3 parti. Puneti crema intre straturi si se lasa la frigider cateva ore (pana cand crema este destul de tare- noi nu am avut atata rabdare ;-) )

Bucurati-va de prajitura voastra vegana asa cum ne-am bucurat noi!!!

Roasted Asparagus with garlic / Sparanghel cu usturoi

Ok..this is the first time when I saw asparagus in a supermarket..so I bought it.
When i got home..i thought to cook it simple just to see the real taste of it....and it was EXTRAORDINARY!!
I will buy more...that's for sure!!
SO...let me tell you how I cook it:
- a bunch of asparagus
- 5 cloves of garlic
- some rosemary
- 1 tea spoon of olive oil
- salt and pepper

Because i don't have a high pot I cut the asparagus in 3-4 parts, don't forget to wash it first in a super cold water.

Ok..astazi pentru prima data am vazut sparanghel intr-un supermarket..asa ca am cumparat. Cand am ajuns acasa..m-am gandit sa il gatesc simplu..pentru ca voiam sa simt gustul lui....si a fost EXTRAORDINAR!!
O sa cumpar mai des...asta este sigur!!
Asa ca...sa va zic cum l-am pregatit:
- sparanghel
- 5 catei de usturoi
- cateva frunze de rozmarin
- 1 lingurita de ulei de masline
- sare si piper

Pentru ca nu am o oala inalta am taiat sparanghelul in 3-4 parti, nu uitati sa il spalati in apa rece.


First take a pot and put water and salt in it and put it to boil. When it reached the boiling point put the asparagus and let it boil for 3-5minutes. When you take it off from the pot put it in a bowl with cold water (just to keep the green color).
Then take a pan put the oil,garlic and rosemary..let them roast for 1 minute then add the boiled asparagus. I cook them 5-7 minutes.


În primul rand se ia un vas si se pune apa si sare în el si se  pune la fiert. Cand a ajuns la punctul de fierbere se pune sparanghelul si se lasa sa fiarba  3-5 minute. Cand se scoate din oala se pune într-un vas cu apa rece (doar pentru a pastra culoarea verde).

Apoi se ia o tigaie , se pune ulei, usturoi si rozmarin .. se calesc timp de 1 minut, apoi se adauga sparanghelul fiert. Eu le-am gatit 5-7 minute.


They were crunchy on the outside..and smooth on the inside....It was delicious!!!




Sparanghelul a iesit crocant la exterior si moale in interior....A fost delicios!!!
