Breakfast with cereals/ Mic Dejun cu cereale

Two days ago I found over the internet a very intresting article about Chia Seeds. That article made me keep searching about them for hours. So yesterday I bought this wonderful seeds. Also bought some flax seed and oatmeal.

As soon I got home I put some water to boil, grab a bowl and put 2 tablepoons of oatmeal, one tablespoon of flax seeds and one spoon of chia seeds. Mix them a little bit. Then I poured the boiled water over them and covered the bowl ( I use a bigger plat of that) for 15  minutes.

You can eat them simple or for more flavour you can add a spoon of honey or an apple. I've added an apple :)

Acum 2 zile am gasit pe internet un articol interesant despre semintele Chia. Asa ca ieri m-am dus si mi-am cumparat un borcan cu aceste minunate seminte. De asemenea am mai cumparat seminte de in si fulgi de ovaz.

De indata ce am ajuns acasa am pus putina apa la fiert, am luat un castron si am pus 2 linguri de fulgi de ovaz, o lingura de seminte de in si o lingurita de seminte Chia. Le-am amestecat putin. Apoi am turnat apa fierbinte peste ele si am acoperit castronul ( eu folosesc o farfurie mai mare) pentru 15 minute.

Puteti sa le mancati simple sau pentru mai multa aroma puteti adauga o lingura de miere sau un mar. Eu am adaugat un mar :).
